1 oz. VioVi Blood Orange
5 oz. Prosecco
Splash of limoncello ( see www.finamore.com) or lemon
Add VioVi to a champagne flute.
Gently add Prosecco, pouring carefully to avoid foam-up.
Stir gently to combine.
